Gas drainage equipment

Energen Solutions provides gas drainage equipment, which takes into account the following key considerations:

• Environmental impact,
• Site-specific standards,
• Gas concentration, and
• Gas pressure and flow.

We supply and install mobile or fixed systems. Each unit is able to extract between 33 and 32,280m³/hr. A system may comprise multiple units, which, in turn, will extract more gas from the coal seams.

Positive displacement blowers or liquid ring pumps

Features of these systems include:

• Sound levels range from 72 to 85 dBa at 1 metre.
• Up to 160mbar of vacuum.
• Gas or diesel engine or electric motor drivers.
• Weatherproof and acoustic treatment is available if required.
• Gas inlet/outlet pipe work infrastructure provided.
• PLC or customer specific control system.
• Plant safety shutdown protection.
